On may 6. 2024 we brought our Mercedes Sprinter Van in for an oil change- a basic service. Due to their negligence and incompetence our vehicle was inflicted $6314.70 in damages. We were out of service for over five months without our primary vehicle for work , transportation, and a sleeping space. This necessitated us to purchase a replacement vehicle for over ********* . after more than five months without this primary vehicle we received it back and it still not operate properly which forced us to get another opinion from another dealer which cost us another $2400. Since we had no place to sleep, during this five nightmarish months we were forced to buy another vehicle which cost us more than *******. This dealership Don ********************** has been very difficult to work with. They take weeks or more to respond to correspondence if at all. They have offered zero agreeable solution. We are extremely tired, emotionally and financially drained all due to the negligence or incompetence of this dealership to perform a basic oil change. We have tried to negotiate with them for compensation and their best offer is a credit for future maintenance on a different vehicle unrelated to this incident. Please help us.

On December 29th my husband and I purchased a used truck from Don Larson Superstore. The truck had new tires on it, and when the sales person showed it to us he pointed out that the person who traded it in put them on. After picking up the truck the dashboard alerted a couple weeks later that the tires were severely under pressure. The truck states the tires should be at 80 PSI in the back and 60 PSI in the front. The tires on the truck were rated only for 50 PSI *** cold air inflation. We have notified the dealer via letter, 2nd certified letter, and complained to the *** as the tires on the truck are not safe for use hauling livestock or trailers. The tires are C-rated sidewalls and should be E rated according to manufacturer sticker in the door. The sales person knew we were going to be hauling livestock. They inflated the tires to 80 PSI which is 30 PSI over inflated in an effort to defruad our family. They put our family and others on the road at risk.
