      ABC Supply placed a mechanics lien on my property located at **************************************************************. The issue is the documentation for the mechanic lien includes material delivered & installed on a property not owned by me, located at ******************************************** Energy (contractor) has indicated that they paid *** for both projects, but I cannot get the lien removed without documentation. The lien is in the incorrect amount to start with since it covers other properties and other projects completed by ********************, which was the contractor that I hired.

      I hired a roofing contractor in March of 2024 to replace both of my roofs all of my gutters, soffit and fascia. *** delivered my materials. They drove over my driveway into my backyard cracking the middle potion of my driveway all the way across and when they drove out they broke the first section of my driveway. I was asked to get estimates by their insure company and I did that even though I didn't feel like it was my job to do so. I knew nothing about concrete. Both companies said it couldn't be repaired it had to be replaced. This is when the insurance company started with untruthful antics. I have tried phoning *** several times at the corporate level and I have left numerous messages and I have not received one return call. I was told by the insurance representative that "he was who I was dealing with" after I tried to go above him. I spent $40,000 on my roofs and I don't deserve a broken driveway. They don't want to pay what the quotes are coming on at and essentially making excuses about the age of my driveway. I didn't have a broken driveway before their company supply truck broke it. I would like this company to take accountability for what they did and pay for what they broke. I was never asked to sign any forms or forewarned them my driveway could be broken before this occurrence.

      Windows installed approximately 5 years ago with a Lifetime Warranty failed. Sealed window glass replaced but now the windows cannot be closed due to warping. Area representative (*** ******) visited with local *** installer to view the problem approximately 2 1/2 months ago and agreed the sashes had to be replaced in that the windows cannot be locked and assured me that they would replace before winter sets in. After multiple phone calls I finally received a return call via voicemail assuring me everything was in process and he would be in touch. I have him and left no less than 8 messages requesting a return call and have not had the courtesy of a reply.

      Dear *****,I am the homeowner of *******************************************************************. My driveway, which is the responsibility of each individual Lakepointe condominium owner, as expressed in our HOA bi-laws, sustained damage during delivery of shingles on 6/7/24 when insufficient precautions to prevent damage were taken by your insured, ABC Supply Co. Without permission, ABC Supply chose to utilize my driveway for delivery of shingles for all four adjoining units in the building complex.Prior to delivery, my drive had no cracks and was uniform in color and my expectation is that my driveway should be in the same condition following the delivery. I should not be required to pay out of pocket to have my driveway returned to the condition it was in prior to delivery. As an administrator for ABC Supply, it is not reasonable for you to accept responsibility for only the slabs of the driveway that are cracked, when the required repair affects the appearance of the entire driveway and would leave me with a mismatched and unsightly driveway, effecting the appearance of the entire front of my home and negatively affecting my property ******** a professional company you would never put two different color shingles on a roof. That roof should not only be functional but also aesthetically pleasing, adding value and curb appeal, which is one of the greatest benefits to a home. My concrete is no different. I should not have to suffer a down grade of my home's curb appeal due to the damage your company did to my driveway..

      Fired my brother for no reason and has nothing but drug addicts working for him. Has committed fraud with his inventory.

      We put an addition onto our home and purchased the siding from ABC supply co. We have been contacting them since March to try and get out issued handled and we have been sent to other people to resolve the issue and have been given the run around. We have spoken with ************************* since March and have been told he would help us and now he is not returning our calls We ordered vertical black siding for our home and it was defective There are huge round bumps all over our siding and parts of the siding will not click correctly This is prohibiting us from finishing our home allowing water to get into the new bedrooms and costing us more money as now we have to take down all old siding buy new siding and have it installed again

      you sell a product and have no warranty for items that are defective?? 
      when we first spoke to ************************* he said they would fix our issue and now he is just not responding to our calls and going back on what he told us he would do?

      Purchased Pella windows and doors through them. The Pella representative stated they were not Pella windows, as the information is missing from corners of each window. Want refund/replacement as they cannot seem to be repaired.

      On Friday July 12th, 2024, I was involved in an accident with a Semi-truck driven by an employee of American Builders, identified as **** ****** *******. The police were on the scene and determined that Mr. ******* was at fault. Despite the clear evidence of their driver's negligence, American Builders and their insurance company, ACE American ***************** also located in *********, (policy # ISA H10778980), have refused to take responsibility of offer any assistance in repairing my damaged vehicle, a 2016 **** Fusion. I have tried contacting American Builders insurance agency, *************************************************************** (located at **********************************************************), multiple times, but they have not responded or offered any assistance. The insurance policy information provided by Mr. ******* at the scene of the accident is: * Policy Number: ISA H10778980 *Vehicle Identification Number: 1M2AX13 COHM033981 *Policy Effective Date: January 1st, 2024 *Policy Expiration Date: January 1st, 2025 As a result of their refusal to accept responsibility and provide fair compensation for the damage caused by their employee's negligence, I am seeking your assistance in addressing this matter. I believe it it essential to hold American Builders and their insurer accountable for their action and ensure that I receive the necessary compensation for my damaged vehicle. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and assist in resolving this dispute. Please let me know what steps I can take next and what information you need from me to proceed.       We bought a new construction house in 2016. The windows began to have problems soon after purchase; cracking, moisture, ice and mold between the glass and low-e spotting. The company that sold the windows to the builder (who directed us there) was ABC Supply. They quickly repaired the first several windows, but began to stall on repairing others which were and are still under warranty. Their hesitancy allowed three windows to need repair at the same time. There have been dozens of texts, phone calls unanswered, messages left not to be returned and even a visit to the store to try to expedite the process. A window the wrong style was brought out and one that was 6 inches too short. One window was measured 4 different times with those measurements having disappeared into the ozone each time I called to ask about the progress. Two of the windows were replaced after over 3 years and the third has still not been addressed. It had moisture and ice crystals between the glass when the weather was below freezing in 2023 and I sent a picture of it to the salesman. He said that wasn't proof enough, the ice and moisture could have been on the outside. I asked the him why I would want something repaired that wasn't broken? It had moisture this January but no ice because it wasn't cold enough. It isn't our fault the windows failed and I would like ABC Supply and the manufacturer to honor the warranty and repair the window plus any others that might have a problem before the warranty runs out. I don't think that's too much to ask.

      The branch manager of the window and door division for ABC Supply in ***** replaced and installed my window which he said was done with no help or compensation from the manufacturer, Ply Gem.  I appreciate his effort to satisfy an honest warranty claim even though it took an extremely long time.

      I have proof of the ABC supply company employee damaging my driveway with a forklift. I contacted them and spoke to a *** and he promised me a check for $2400 the cost of the repair I got a quote for. It's been over 2 months almost 3 and still no check. No one is taking my calls and I keep getting the runaround. They damaged my property on Mar 12 2024. I want my $2400 check written out to me.
