OVER A MONTH since my order was supposedly shipped! They are fast to take your money, but getting what you paid for is a whole other story. It's one excuse after another, until they will no longer communicate. They refuse to give a refund, when it is obvious your order is not going to be delivered. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

Our company apologizes for the long shipping delay. It is unfortunate that the freight company that we used to ship ****************** order lost the pallet containing his package. Our company continually kept checking to find out when this shipment (and others) would be delivered. We received no answers for days. Thankfully they informed us that the packages were found and all delivered yesterday (8/15/23). Our customer service department confirmed with the customer that he did indeed receive his package. We also let him know that we do issue refunds for shipments that are not delivered. The freight company confirmed several times that they would still be delivering the package, so no refund had been issued yet. We thank ************** for his business and hope he will order from us again.Review fromLaura S
