      I purchased a pool pump for ****** called company spoke with *******. She told me to call manufacturer, gave me the number that was 7/14 I called Century manufacture, they told me that where ever I purchased it should take care of warranty. Called ez back and told them, they said they would call me back . Called them on 7/17 waited for return call, all I been getting is the RUN AROUND !!! My pool is green now, it probably gonna need draining!!!

      This is in response to case number 20340793.

      *************************** purchased the Century pump motor on October 18, 2022. Our website clearly states the following return policy:

      Warranty Information
      Products purchased from EZ Pool & Spa Supply are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. All warranty claims need to be handled directly with the manufacturer. We do not accept returns on damaged or malfunctioning products that are covered by the manufacturer's policy. Please see your order history in your account to acquire invoices/receipts for warranty registration purposes.

      *************************** contacted us on July 17, 2023 to report an issue with the motor.  We explained the policy and provided the number for the manufacturer.  She stated on July 20, 2023 that Regal referred her back to us.  She filed the complaint before she advised us of the situation with Regal. We were in the process of trying to assist her with the warranty when we received the complaint.

      We are the retailer in this scenario and should not be held responsible for a failing product that has been installed and used for up to 9 months. Although we go out of our way to help customers, we're already doing what we can to assist the customer with their issue. It is worth noting that all customers must agree to the terms of service (which covers the warranty information above) before completing the purchase.

      Hello - This pump was not purchased from Inyo Pools. According to the attached order confirmation from the consumer, the pump was purchased through E-Z Test Pool Supplies. Please remove this review. Thank you!
