Please help. I reside in ******, ******** and have patronzed the ******* Disposal company in ****** for over a decade. Suddenly after the start of the New Year, the company no longer picked up our trash. No response to the business phone number other than the mail box is full. We have continued trying to reach them because we just paid for the next three months of service (Jan., Feb., and March) and have confirmation the check was cashed. With no communication from the company (except one e-mail saying they were delayed and would come soon) and accumulating garbage, I am reaching out for assistance. There are multiple neighbors in ********* area who appear to be having the same problem. My address is ***********************************************************************. Phone number is ************. We are not ********* residents but are dismayed at the treatment by a ********* business. Can you help??? Many thanks. *********************** Sent from *********************** ******************

    Business Response

We are sorry our customer as reached out to you . I believe I talked to this customer when they called. We have been letting our customers aware when they call that *************** that is down getting a new motor in it since the middle of January. We haven't heard back from them on when it will be done. We are hoping soon. We have 1 guy doing 2 routes in one day and when the truck gets full and we can't empty it until they open in the morning. We are trying our best to complete the job as needed. As far as our voicemail box being full. When we clear it. within half hour it's full again. This is a small company and not a big corporation. The driver is the one that answers the calls. We have made steps to have them call our home phone and when we are home we answer the calls as they come. We let our customers know to leave the trash out and we will get it the next day, if they pull it back in then we can't pick it up as it needs to be on the curb. This is only temporary as we are waiting for the truck to finish getting repaired. We can't call each customer as we have over a thousand in a days route and some we have no numbers for as they change it and don't let us know. The customers are being real pleasant and understand the situation and are working with us to get through this **** patch. If this customer is unhappy we would be glad to refund them and they can go to a different company.
