Received unsolicited offer to purchase my lake property, of course for less than one third of the actual value.. Should have their real estate license revoked for general dishonesty and shady practices. On their web site they prattle on endlessly about helping people. That is hardly the case. They only want to help themselves to your hard earned equity,, If you are considering working with them, please reconsider. If they are willing to try and fleece me out of two thirds of the equity in my property, what do you think they have in mind for you?

1 starClowns think they buy a house at 1/2 value. They contacted my 98 year father and offered half the value to buy his house. They are the total bottom feeding **** trying to **** off those that need help. These folks would be much better served by contacting a realer.
