  ***** was hired to replace railing on the deck, replace the door and add a storm door. The rails are loose, the doors had marks all over which primed and told us to hire someone else to paint it because he doesn't paint. The handles and locks were not installed properly and strike plates were never installed. There's gaps all around the doors, the main main door is very hard to open/close. I spoke with him about this and he said he'll fix it which he never did. He also did $600.00 of concrete work for the railings that was not discussed with or ok'd by by. He has been unprofessional, threatened us. I do have pics and the text messages from him. I am willing to pay him but not what he is requesting. He also left the old railing just sitting there and said oh just cut it up and toss it in the trash. In the contract it says he will remove the old railing.   This is the first time I have heard of this as discussions with ************* where corrected when he reached out to me about railing closest to house wall and it was corrected "Before the storm door was installed.
  The doors had marks all over which primed and told us to hire someone else to paint it because he doesn't paint.
  The main service Primer paint was scratched, door was not damaged, I tried to match the primer paint from manufacture but that turn out to be impossible, so I used gray primer paint to paint entire door so it was all one color. I never mentioned I would hire someone else to paint the door, I did suggest a painter to put a finish color they wanted the door painted. (Per manufacturer's requirements, The door needed to be painted within ******************************************* effect). In a phone conversation with *************, I told him the same statement.   (See included Change order for description of post installed)

  The door handles were installed correctly, and yes the strike plates where not installed as I forgot about them. Yes, this is something I forgot and should have been done. They were not done after *************************************** Left a ****** review basting me for things outside of the contract and did not contact me about the issues like a real person would do.

  Speak the truth "WE" never once spoke in person or on a phone Ever!  All contact was made via ************** and *****************,all corrections ************** spoke of were corrected to his satisfaction. I sent all pictures of the corrections to his phone. 
  He also did $600.00 of concrete work for the railings that was not discussed with or ok'd by me.
  On the day of start of project **************** was there and requested I replace all the step railing posts. I told him that this would be a change order as only 2- 4x4x8ft posts where stated in the contract. **************************;" Do what is needed it will be covered" In leu of not delaying the project further I bought the supplies and hire my concrete man to help me to do the install quickly.
  At no time was I informed that the extra requested work needed to be approved by anyone else. An since **************** did know this extra work needed pre-approval, it was a clear deception on his part to have more work done w/o having it paid for. Change order did also include the replacement 2x2x36" spindles that could not be salvage Per original contract.

  I never threatened You or anyone of the Hayden ****** Since the posting of the Review the very next day of the storm door installed. No contact was sent via me nor have I received any text other than a Text from *********** dropping the * bomb a few times. I am a non-confrontational person to be otherwise is not my character

  The last word I received was I wasn't going to receive anything (**************) and the immediate posting of the nitpick review with no further contact from anyone.

  I did leave the old railings and not finish any other work,*rom the texts I received and the review left by ***************** feared something worse could happen to me, if I walked onto property GUNS are real I did not know if they have any, but I wasn't going to take that chance.

  The contact ceased after the * bombs were dropped, as far as any further work that needs to be corrected, I will do per the statement of the contract, with the understanding that I relinquish $150 off for anything I "cant"correct and the change order is paid with the amount left over from main contract.
  After the work is corrected, the review be updated to reflect the corrections, I am not looking for a 5 star, but TRUTH*UL!
  Upon payment and it clears the bank (15 days) I will sign a Lien release (Mr. ***** **************** was informed of this intent to **** via registered mail, that they refused to sign for over a 3 week wait time, per **** requirements) clearing Mr.***** ***************** of any future financial intrusions from my business.
  A lot of this could have been avoided if words were not thrown around and we talked like regular people, High anger does not solve anything except get you to this point in time. There is nothing wrong that cant be fixed or replaced, nothing that was incorrectly done has negatively impacted you financially, but hurt feelings blown way out of proportion to the circumstances. Anger is a weapon that used incorrectly will kill many things including but not limited to working relationships. I will not work in a toxic environment and have NEVER been anything but accommodating and upfront on the work being done, until the outburst and hateful review left. and even after the review I said nothing but had to do what I needed to cover my business due to lack of ANY payment for work completed.
