      On 5/10/2024 at approximately 7:00 PM we visited the Liberty laundrymat located at ******************************. dryer number 45 burnt our clothes so badly that some places were starting to melt as a result of way too much heat I proceeded to call the emergency number listed at the location and I got a hold of the manager. I explained the situation and was told that the owner would get back to me after waiting eight days for response from the manager or owner. I received no response from them. And the eighth day I called the emergency numbers listed at the location again which by the way there are two of them neither phone number listed was answered. I called multiple times with no resolution or response from said manager or owner either one. We have over $1200.( replacement cost ) of clothes ruined
