      Ordered a 2nd pair of Thulas to be made like my 1st pair. Paid 50% up front waited a year to get them only to discover they had been made with the wrong uppers instead of leather they used canvas. Keep in mind these are $500 moccasins. Called the company the day I received them was told to return them for inspection and could elect to keep them with a 30% discount or get a refund. Shoes were mailed in and I didnt hear back. 3 weeks later I called and was informed they were refunding my money which was not what had been agreed upon. These were custom shoes that I had been waiting on for a year. Calling again to find out why they reneged on their offer was told they werent going to remake the shoe, which had never been an option, and were not going to honor the offered discount but would give me $21 back which didnt even cover the cost of freight to send the shoes back. The person I talked to was rude and insulting. In fairness the shoes are high quality and the craftsmanship is superb but their customer service absolutely is the worst I have seen anywhere. They screwed up an order charged me out the backside for it and then treated me like it was my fault they made the mistake. I would not do business with a company that will not stand behind their word or their work. It absolutely infuriating to be treated the way these people treated me. IMO they are liars and cheaters regardless of how well their product is made.
