    Bad experience with James Home Improvements. Jim and I came to agreement on work and price. Never saw the guy again despite repeated phone calls. The guy is untrustworthy. Didn’t even call to suggest I need to find another handyman and give me some time before the end of the season. So now I’m sitting here with 800 lbs of flagstone, two cu yards of sand 71 years old and I can’t easily walk to my car or park in my driveway. You don’t want to deal with this small business in Birchwood WI and it’s not the right approach in a small WI town and word will travel fast.
