The text copies that I have attached should provide most of the info you need. I have many more text copies with addtional info if they would be helpful. I'm unsure if I can upload any more. If you had all of the texts, you would see that Mr. ****** gave me days/dates that he would complete my roof, approximately 20 ******** addition to the text documents, some of the others I will explain: -Ameriprise-The estimated amount my financial advisor determined to be amount I lost due to it no longer being invested four year 2024 only, because my deposit of $7,279.50 was no longer earning ($1,104). -Because Mr. ****** did not start or complete my roof for 1 year, 7 months (03/30/2025), I had Leaf Filter install their product on my roof, so I did not lose the price given to me prior. ***** ****** told me that the roof could be put up before or after LF. I learned from LF recently that that is not the case. In fact, I will need to pay LF $900 to have the gutter protection taken down and reinstalled in order to retain my warranty.-I've also included the cost of the roof that will be installed by ***** Contruction, which is an increase in cost of $648.50 between roofs. In addition to my deposit which has not been returned, my expenses to have the roof installed this year are:$1,104.00--Lost finances 648.50--Additional cost for new roof 900.00--Leaf Filter removal & install $2,652.50--Total 7,279.50--Deposit $9,932.00--TOTAL With Unrefunded Deposit
