      When we chose Kittleson Landscape we really thought we were getting the best in our area. Landscaping work on the lawn was good. We were also having a concrete patio put in. Kittleson hired a contractor to do the concrete patio. One year later the concrete had a long crack. We contacted the concrete contractor to inquire if there was a guarantee of his work or if not what could be done to fix or repair the crack on our end. He messaged back and said he would come out to take a look. Over a year went by and further messages to him were ignored. We sent a letter by mail to Kittleson’s owner, c.c. the concrete contractor and c.c to the project manager. Both concrete contractor and project manager came a little over a month later to look at the crack. It was discussed then what our options were. A decision was made and it would be a month or two before they could get us scheduled. It has now been 15 months and haven't seen or heard anything from them.
