    A full house gutter system was installed by Perry Seamless Gutters on Oct. 28, 2016. The contract total was paid in full by cash on that date. Please find a copy of that contract attached with this complaint.A section of the system which is located over the front entrance to our home, has leaked every time it rains since it was first installed. The problem has been reported to the contractor on several occasions. The contractor has returned to our property on several occasions to repair/correct the leaky section however, the leaking continues.At the last correspondence with *** @ Perry who answers the phone, signed the contract and who also came to inspect the problem, we were informed that their company would take no further responsibility or attempt any additional repairs. We were told that the problem with the installation of their product was due to the condition with our roof.A full tear-off and re-roofing project has now been completed on the home. This was done in Fall of 2022.Spring rains have begun now and the same section of the gutter is still leaking. A video of a recent rainy day has been included with this complaint. It shows water pouring out of a section/seam and pooling near the foundation of our home.We specifically chose this gutter contractor because of the seamless system they install. We have always had a seam at this particular location/section and expect that it should not leak.It has come to the point that the flowing water may begin to compromise the foundation of the house and has certainly caused a muddy dirt patch on our front yard from water pouring out and puddling/pooling below the leaking section.We have no problems or leaking sections on any other part of the home and are satisfied with the product and installation on the rest of the project. The issue is solely with the leaking section at the front entrance.
