    I bought gas at Kracheys on 4-27-23 using my Piggly Wiggly card supposedly to receive a 25 cent a gallon discount but when the ticket for the purchase printed it showed only a 5 cent discount. I took my Piggly Wiggly statement and gas purchase receipt in and showed the clerk who said he would have the owner call me the next day regarding the problem after admitting it was a mistake and that I should have gotten 25 cents a gallon off. Its now Saturday and I haven't heard from Kracheys as to how they will correct this. I also spoke to the manager at Piggly Wiggly who agreed I should have gotten the discount and he was going to report it to their corporate office to make them aware of the situation. I also advised them that on several previous occasions and the Piggly Wiggly card did not function at all and the attendant said there was nothing he could do about it and the Piggly Wiggly manger said they were aware of that occurring and that was a router issue that now is corrected. I have spoken to other people who had the same problem with their Piggly Wiggly card not working at Kracheys. I think to promise you a discount on a purchase and then after you purchase it is at the very least fraud and borderline theft if its not rectified
