    I placed an order for Orthodox Christian ********************** on May 25, 2022 in the amount of $59 (price included shipping). I sent an email on on 7/7/22 inquiring about the status of my order and never received a reply. I sent another email on 8/8/22, and again, no reply. I attempted a phone call on this day and it was a busy signal. At this point, I sent a letter in the mail, and still no reply. Another email was sent to them on 9/21/22 and 9/22/22, no reply. Several people I know have also lost money, as they have also not received their orders placed, or even had an email returned.

    We placed an order May 2022 after receiving an email solicitation entitled, "A Lenten Urgent Request for Help". After receiving no order or shipping confirmation after 60 days, we repeatedly tried contacting the monastery at the contact information provided, with no response.The website is still open and accepting payment, even though they show no indication of fulfilling any orders. I would like my order filled. If this is not possible, then a refund.

    On May 7, 2022, I ordered 3 mounted icons from Skete.com. I received an automated email receipt the same day, confirming my order. My credit card was charged $76.16. The store policy page includes the following: "Please allow approximately one to two weeks to ship your order, although most orders can be filled sooner". As of today, October 31, 2022, I have not received my order. Each week up to now, the organization sends out an email newsletter detailing items that are on sale and asking for donations. Their email also mentions that the monastery is having a hard time financially. Because of this, I decided to be patient. I waited 3 months. On August 2, 2022, I sent an email, requesting status of my order but also acknowledging their financial situation. I only requested an update to ensure that my order had not been lost. I received no reply to this email. I waited another month before senting a second email request for status on September 7, 2022. I still have received no reply. I have called the phone number several times but there is always a busy signal. I feel terrible filing a complaint on a monastery but I have no other way to reach them. I am very flexible and would just like some acknowledgement that my order will be filled eventually. The fact that weekly newsletters are being emailed and blogs are being posted, tells me that someone is actively working on increasing sales. The fact that so many people have also complained about a lack of communication or receipt of their orders tells me that the operation may be a scam. I sincerely hope that this is not true.

    on December 6 2021 I purchased an Ikon through the St Isaac website ( total cost including shipping $30.00 ) which was posted by them on December 7 2021.. After not receiving my order by January 10 2022 I attempted to contact them without success. Since that date I have tried on several occasions to call them but was only able to leave a voicemail three times. I have also sent them several emails but as with the voicemails I received no response. I understand they are a small business and on their website and voicemail they claim that difficulties from Covid have caused delays to production and shipping but they also continue to accept new orders on top of the orders the have not filled to date. Per my previous voicemails and emails I have canceled my order but do not know if they understand this. I simply want my money returned. My order. #******. Thank you
