    9/9/22. Purchased 2 PoshXL Vapes from gas station for $14.99 each. I opened one package and took a puff only to realize immediately something was off. Looking further the packaging was not right compared other genuine vapes I have purchased. I than appempted to verify the code on the package with the manufacturer website which confirm they were NOT genuine vapes. Each genuine vape has its own code. These two vapes actually had the same exact code. I returned to the gas station on 9/11 to request either an exchange or refund as the vapes are not genuine. The cashier argued with me, trying to tell me they were indeed genuine even though I was showing him and comparing the knock offs with a genuine. Than he proceeds to point to the TINY, handwritten post it note that states that they do not do refunds/exchanges on vapes and to check before purchasing...however how are you supposed to check before purchasing when they are stored behind the counter and scanned and paid for before they are given to you? The verification code is also under a scratch off area and needs to be entered in to a website that will than tell you if it is genuine. Very disappointed that I am out $30 as I'm obviously not going to be using something that is not genuine and unable to prove where it came from or whats in it. All I was asking for was an exchange or refund. I was thar point not blaming the gas station, maybe they didn't know they were not genuine. But after the encounter I had with the cashier, certainly leads me to believe they know exactly what they are doing by selling fakes.
