Chris was friendly and professional. He explained the problem and what was needed to solve it. He got the job done quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

We are 1000% satisfied with the work completed by Chris the Plumber. When we called to set up the appointment for 2 separate issues we had, they were able to get us in right away the next day. Chris was on time, friendly, professional and did GREAT work! We will definitely be using this company for all of our future plumbing needs!

Chris was great. Came in and got the job done quick and easy. Might not even use our HSA next time we need him, and schedule directly with them. I know who we're calling again next time something happens!

Chris has always provided outstanding service. I first used him through AHS and between AHS and personal requests, he has been to my home at least three times. He identifies the problem, provides a solution and includes an affordable price point. I would recommend his services to my friends and family. Always a pleasure to work with him for my plumbing needs. I look forward to working with for my next home plumbing project.

Had an issue with only luke warm water throughout the house. Chris came out, took a look and made recommendations. The hot water heater was at its end, and he replaced the Water Heater at that same time. Was professional, pleasure to talk to and had the old one removed, new one installed in record time :). Will definitely work with him again on any of our Plumbing needs. I highly recommend if you are looking for an honest, efficient and friendly plumber....thanks again Chris

Chris the plumber company was awesome. My son’s water heater was leaking and they got him in within 2 days. He called me to let me know that he was on his way! When he got here he was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me very clearly! I was extremely impressed! I highly recommend this plumbing company!!!

They have a woman, Heather, who does not know how to talk to customers. She told me “ok be quite” in the mist of me talking and explaining to her what was going on. When I told her that was rude. She hung up on me and had the owner call me to finish the conversation. I explained to him my situation and needing specifics on time to be available but that was not honored or respected. The owner was much more respectful but also wanted to give justifications as to why fees where charged and no work was done. I would run away from this company if you can. They even charged my policy holders for coming to my home at the unscheduled time and tried to have me pay another fee to them. Money hungry folks are what they exhibited….. Run…. Find another plumber…. There’s better out there…. Not even a last resort. And train your receptionist!!!!! If I could give a half star I would

******************************Typically I would start my response with "I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience." Unfortunately, I'm not going to with this review. I will however, break down step by step the ongoings that got us to this point. We received your work order from your home warranty company. The office manager called you to schedule the appointment. You were given a couple of options when scheduling and you chose the last appointment of the day. You were told that the plumber would arrive between 2:00pm and 4:00pm. Your home warranty policy clearly states that you need to be available during the scheduled time. You requested that we call you, in advance, because you would be at work and needed time to get home. As a courtesy, we agreed. The plumber called you 45 minutes in advance and left a voicemail stating he would be there a few minutes before the scheduled time. The plumber waited until 2:00pm. He then called you to let you know he was there waiting. You informed him you would not be there. He let the office and we sent him on his way. The office called you again to reschedule and you told the office manager that you were now home and wanted the plumber to come back. We sent the plumber back, at no charge, only to find that you lied and were not home. Once again the office called and you demanded that the plumber come back after 6:00pm that evening. You were told that would absolutely not be happening. You were informed that we would be more than happy to reschedule your appointment during our normal business hours and there is a return fee you would be responsible for. As much as we dislike having to charge customers to come back for missed appointments, we dislike even more, being lied to. Especially when we went above and beyond with trying to accomodate your needs. As for being hung up on during your conversation..... ********** you were giving during the conversation warranted the disconnect. I will back my office manager 100% on that. On the flip side, it's interesting that you stated "the owner was much more respectful." Yet you decided to hang up in the middle of that conversation when you were being questioned about how you handling the situation. You flat out stated that you purposely did not come home because you "assumed" the plumber would be running late. Then you mentioned that you had no intention of being available for the scheduled time at all. One last thing. You called us "money hungry." You paid your home warranty company a service fee to have a contractor come and diagnose the situation. When the contractor arrives and you purposely miss your appointment, your home warranty company charges you for the first missed appointment. The contractor will then charge the policy holder a fee to come back. So, if wasting a contractors time and being charged to return makes a contractor "money hungry" then so be it. Hopefully this response has helped you realize that this situation could have been avoided had you just been home for your appointment. Please take responsibility for your actions and stop passing blame onto others. CHRIS THE PLUMBER, LLC
