5 starsAaron ******* was punctual, friendly, and professional. This was my first home WDO inspection for a VA Home Loan and he nailed it, answered all of my questions, and was extremely thorough. He also sent the findings email the same day, so I could easily get it to the underwriters and loan office! I couldn’t have asked for a better first time inspector and I’m glad he was the one who responded out of the 3 emails I sent! Thanks again, Aaron!

He responded & scheduled quickly, sending the final report within a day after the inspection. He walked my fiancée and I through every step of the process and provided detailed visuals (including diagrams!) to review in the report. Payment & scheduling was online and very modern. 5 starsAaron was the most thorough home inspector I’ve ever worked with. He was caring and had attention to detail. He provided education around what was acceptable and what wasn’t meeting code. He is absolutely someone you should trust and hire to do your home inspections. Realtors you need to start recommending Aaron for your clients. Home buyers don’t think twice. It was easy to schedule on his website, loved he took Venmo (and other forms of payment), he was also timely in responding to emails and set great expectations on when I would receive a copy of my report, his warranty info and any other emails I were to get. Since I moved here from out of state I didn’t know who to choose so I’m glad my realtor recommended Aaron.
