      I was told by customer service that if I sent additional payments for my RV load that 100% of that payment would be applied to the principal as there is no place in your website to indicate my wishes. Imagine my surprise when I received my latest statement and there is part of my additional payment being applied to interest. This is theft. When I called customer service again to complain about this I was told if I wanted to have 100% of my additional payment applied the the principal I would have to mail my check with a note stating my wishes. With all of the technology today why can't your website be changed to allow your customers to select where they want their payment applied. Customer service told me this was complained about before. Listen to your customers.

      The ******* location of this north shore bank is actually horrible. One incident I wanted to withdraw some money. I went in the bank and gave the teller my id and fill out a withdrawal slip. The money was not deducted from my bank. My mother called in the same day she has not been to the bank that day. The teller withdrew the money from her account not mine. Also I tried ordering a debit card in the branch. They order one I never received it after a few weeks. The branch reordered the card and canceled the one I didnt get .Again I did not receive the card . It took 3 tries for them to order the debit card for it to finally reach me. Lastly I opened an account for my daughter. I was told if she was enrolled in online banking she would get $50 into her account. I saw that her account was added to my mobile banking. So I thought thats what I needed. The teller agreed that all I needed this was April 12th a few weeks pasted no $50 incentive. I called to check on it. I was told give it up to 60 days. Its been over 60 days and I was told today June 20 th by the same teller that my daughter needed her own login information. However this is the same teller that confirmed back in April that we would all set to go and I should look for the deposit soon. She just learned I assume today that she didnt know what she was talking about in April and didnt want to admit that she never told me I needed separate login for my daughter. I wouldnt have had to wait this long if I had known . It is very frustrating. One teller now tells me the account will be credited by July 1st . Another teller from the same bank calls me and tells me that the account will be credited July 2nd or 3rd. Theres always different answers from all the tellers there. Its very professional and not very trustworthy at all. I will be no longer banking there.

      This institution is the epitome of dis-function. Their gross incompetence severely over-shadows any effort to portray or 'paint' their services as being either friendly or professional! Don't take their New Account bait. The frustration is hardly worth the reward!

      I want to thanks Mina or Nina not sure how her name was pronounced but she seemed to be the supervisor I talked to over the phone. I was very frustrated with my situation & she managed to stay 100% professional with me throughout the whole time, not only that but found a temporary solution to my problem while everything gets resolved. Great costumer service!

      This bank just ****** me off for the LAST time! Been a customer for 30 years I just found out today that all my grandchildrens accounts have been CLOSED! North shore claimed that since I havent put any money in or taken money out of them, that every quarter the bank deducted $5.00 from their accounts! Who the h*** does that! Then the bank claimed that our mail was undeliverable therefore the mail was returned and thats why they deducted $5.00 each quarter from their accounts! I have lived at my home for 28 years! OMG Im furious. None of my grandchildren have any money in their accounts..
