    If you are a larger company, do not use ProShred. We had them a few years back and it was problem after problem. Missed pickups, late pickups, truck repairs, no drivers, incorrect invoices, overcharged invoices, didn't follow HIPAA procedures and delayed delivery of bins. They made numerous excuses for bad service or for no service again and again. There were 90 complaints about their service in the span of 1 year. They couldn't handle our volume and timetable and said they would fix the numerous problems which never happened. The Branch Manager blamed their problems on "unexpected equipment problems", which was only partially true. If I could give them Zero stars I would.
