    I went to this gym with my husband to go visit last year. We werent sure what we wanted to do when the guys like you gotta sign up tonight. You gotta sign up tonight to get the special so we just signed up tonight. Weve been with many other gyms over the last 20 years and never has this happened to us before. When we were there there that night, we worried about how we were going to get to that gym because of the hours. We felt pressured to do it that moment so we signed something. I guess never realizing that you cant cancel the membership after a month, so theyve been trying to automatically take out of my account more and more every month for the last, eight months. We have literally never gone to work out there. I have sent emails. They keep telling us were in a 12 month contract which I think is insane for any gym to do. But I see theres another complaint on here the same thing. They want us to pay thousands of dollars for a place that we have never even worked out in once.

    We apologize for any dissatisfaction, however, you are correct in that our members sign up for a 12-month minimum contract.  I've located your signed contract and we're happy to send it over for your review.  We do allow for cancellations within that 12-months for medical necessity or for a move of 40+ miles from the facility.  Both of these options do require documentation be sent directly to the *************** and is executed in the month following receipt of said documentation.  We understand this may not be your desired outcome, however, in order to maintain a fair and consistent experience for all members, we must uphold the signed contract.  Please feel free to reach out if either of these circumstances apply and we can assist accordingly.
