      I placed order ********* 2 months ago. It remains unfulfilled and unresolved. I provided them with the order of my HVAC showing my unit model. They told me which part I needed and I ordered it. The part received was miniature compared to what I needed and likely of much lesser value. You Nits kept asking me to provide this and that and was overly burdensome. After all of my efforts, I finally got them to enter into an agreement to use their *** account to send the wrong part back to them; they breached that agreement. They blamed it on *** but they took no action to resolve the issue with ***. They seemed to be completely happy keeping my money and doing nothing to resolve the issue of sending me a part that doesn't work with my unit. True to character, they will try and blame this on me even though I showed them the paperwork. I do not find them to be trustworthy and I have to wonder if I was scammed by purchasing a high dollar item part, being sent a low dollar item and they justify keeping my money. I am asking for full refund, interest and $50 service fee for all of my efforts to resolve this. I could not be more dissatisfied.
