      I hired M Pulse, LLC on January 12, 2024 for a social media account recovery. The sole purpose was to regain access to a social media account that had been permanently banned. I paid $680, two payments of $340. From January 12 until March 2024, I received no updates from the business despite multiple requests for one. On March 19, I finally received a response from business owner **************************. ***** apologized for the lack of updates and communication, citing that he had been out on medical leave, & gave me his personal phone number to assure no further issues with communication. On March 19 I received my first update since 12th.The update was that my account was banned due to mass reporting from an individual online. Due to the nature of the situation, I decided to continue with M-pulse LLC and seek legal counsel. Upon further communication, I decided to move forward, and paid $3300 for M-Pulse to serve a cease & desist to the individual responsible for harassing me online.On Wednesday, March 27, I was told by ************************* that I would receive a copy of the cease-and-desist before it was sent. I never received that despite multiple requests.On Tuesday, April 2 I requested, once again, for a copy of the cease-&-desist to be sent to my email. I also requested an update regarding the cease and desist being delivered. I received no copy of the ********** received no update despite being promised on April 2 that I would receive it that evening.On Wednesday, April 3, I followed up via text message, requesting an update. I was assured I would receive one that day from *************************.On Thursday, April 4, I followed up again after no update was received. ***** assured me he would send the update that day. Never received it.On Saturday, April 6 I was told I would receive the update that day instead. If I didnt receive it, I would receive a full refund Monday April 8. I never received the ******* *** have now been ghosted by ***** regarding the refund

      M-Pulse LLC values the trust and satisfaction of our clients and takes all complaints seriously. Regarding the complaint filed by our client for the services initiated on January 12, 2024, we respectfully provide the following information:

      Due to the nature of the legal services that we were retained to conduct, including our collaboration with an external partner firm, there are strict confidentiality agreements in place that prevent us from discussing specific details of these matters publicly. These agreements are designed to protect the integrity of the legal process and the privacy of all parties involved.

      However, we can confirm that correspondence containing the requested updates was sent to the client on April 7, 2024, at 2:07 AM CST. This timing aligns with prior communications in which the client was informed that an update would be provided in the late hours of Saturday night or early Sunday morning, due to unforeseen delays caused by work-related travel.

      Additionally, it is important to note that both service agreements entered into with this client include specific provisions and processes for dispute resolution. These established channels were unfortunately not utilized in this instance. Instead, our business and its representatives received approximately 100 calls, texts, and messages that included expletive threats, which is contrary to the spirit of our mutual agreement and constructive communication.

      We regret any misunderstanding or inconvenience experienced by the client and want to assure the BBB that prior to our receipt of this complaint, we had been in direct contact with the client and have clarified the matters to their satisfaction. Our records indicate that the client agreed to continue working with us amicably following these clarifications. Further, our records show this client continuing to work with us amicably and satisfied with the ongoing services provided.

      In light of the resolution between M-Pulse LLC and the client, and given the ongoing amicable discussions, we respectfully request that this complaint be considered for withdrawal and sealing. We believe the client supports this request as well.

      We are committed to providing high-quality services and maintaining open, honest, and respectful communication with all our clients. We are confident that any further concerns (should there be any) can be resolved through respectful dialogues, mediation and arbitration adhering to the procedures outlined in our service agreements.
