Please do not go here. The last time I went, I sat directly opposite of my car. I never saw them lift it up in the air to do the oil change. Magically, they came a few minutes later telling me my oil change was complete. After I spoke with the manager about my concerns, he reassured me that he saw the mechanic with his very own eyes and proceeded to charge me the $85. I went to a different mechanic after they reset my cars oil level to say 100% and he said my oil is pitch black. This is what they try to do to women who come by themselves, and assume they wont get caught. The second to last time I went there, on the inspection sheet where theyre supposed to check everything (e.g., your tires, other important things), instead of actually doing an inspection the guy just marked the green box for everything (no yellows, no reds). I had just left another mechanic that told me some of the things I needed to get fixed, but according to them it was in excellent condition because they didnt feel like actually checking it. However, that time there was a different manager and he actually confronted the mechanic on my behalf and apologized to me about it.Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. SCAMMERSSS!!! If you want to scam like this, just go work in an alley, not a professional shop.

I took my car in on a Monday for an estimate. Estimate was about $1,100. My car payoff is about $3,400. After careful consideration, I decided to get my car fixed on that upcoming Saturday because they had to order the part. Car was fixed on that Saturday. After I drove it away, I called back within 30 min. I stated that I was still having the same noise and wobbling of the rear end tire. John told me to give it sometime t let the car settle and if I have the same complaint by Tuesday to bring it back in. That next day on Sunday, on the highway in Milwaukee the back rear tire blew out out. This was the same tire I replaced the week before. I immediately brought my car back in on Monday morning about 11am to Midas and was told that they were short staffed by 2 people and to leave the car. I called from 3:30 to 5 pm and got the answering machine. I finally got a call back about 5:30 pm saying that they were still looking at the car and would get back to me in the morning. I called back the next morning around 9am. John told me that he had looked at the car and test drove it and that it was structually strong and to give it more time to settle. I ended up replacing another tire due to the threads showing, not to have another blow out. The car was driving more and more worse each day by the weekend, I felt like I was in death trap. I bought the car in again yesterday morning, asking for a test drive with me. The guy walked outside with me and looked at the car and said "NO" due to safety reasons. He asked to look at the car again. I now got another estimate for over $1,100 to fix this car. This is the 3rd time Midas has looked at my car. Basically, if I pay that , I'm paying for a totaled car. I only owe $3,400 on it. Had you found the problem the 1st time. I would not have fixed the car the 1st time.
