  Their customer service is absolutely awful. I purchased a jacket from Amazon that was too small as their sizing chart is not correct. I went to set up an exchange with Amazon, and the only option was to return it to Amazon. To return the jacket to Amazon this particular item will take up to 30 days to for Amazon to issue a refund once they receive it and then after that could take up to seven days for it to be available in my accountJackets4bikes includes a card in the packaging that the jacket came in stating thank you for your purchase the Jacket 4 Bikes products come with customer satisfying guarantee. Thats not a typo it goes on to state sizing issues or any other problems? We love to help. Contact us and we will fix it. Contact us directly at: (their email address)I contacted jackets 4 bikes through their email and through the Amazon messaging center. No one replied through the email address, but the Amazon messaging center replied with this message. Thank you for contacting us. Amazon doesn't do exchanges. Instead they want customers to return it for a refund and buy the jacket they like (size and color).So there was a few more back-and-forth with the messaging, but in the end, they basically blew me off. The car they place in the packaging. It says contact them with any sizing issues and satisfaction guaranteed is complete horse Duckie. I would recommend staying away from this company.
