    On 5/24/23 I contacted Cream City Music by phone, a little before closing, wanting to purchase a guitar pedal that was still available, a Fulltone OCD v2 with a blue led. There are 9 versions of this particular pedal, the salesman confirmed what I needed to know indicating this was the one I needed to get. I indicated to him I wanted to purchase it, that I would pick it up first thing the next morning, but he refused to actually hold it stating that it would still be there for me to pick up. I called shortly after they opened to let them know I was heading over, he said it was purchased online overnight and not available. To make matters worse, he then stated I could've purchased it over the phone the evening before when I had called, but never said that to me at that time. I'm a previous customer of theirs, and quite distraught over the incompetence and inconsiderate treatment I received, and so far have spent hours unsuccessfully attempting to locate another identical version of this OCD pedal that I require for my pedalboard...
