This company is definitely false advertising. Justin, the sales rep who I spoke to told me this class would be “fun” I don’t know what’s fun about learning for 10 hours a day and getting tested on material that we did not learn in class, it’s actually quite stressful. The stress that we need to read the textbook to learn everything but how is that possible when the instructor just cares about himself and talks for 10 hours on end about nothing that will be on the exam. i would not recommend anyone to take their online live course for home inspection.. it’s near to impossible to be able to learn and retain all that information also be able to pass the state exam. I wish I did my research and come across these reviews not the google ones (they have 5 stars for some reason) before spending such a big chunk of money, that they do not want to give back. Now they are saying they cannot give me a refund because I already started the live class that’s some nonsense! It’s borderline scamming what these people are doing! BEWARE!

What a nightmare. Don´t waste your time and money. I spent months working on this course (extremely frustrating) and when I finally finished the course, the final exam (qualifying exam needed take the NYS real estate licensing exam) did not ask questions about what I learned in the course. I even bought their ¨Cram for the Exam¨ book, read it, studied it and made flash cards. I am a math teacher and a curriculum specialist with a Masters degree. The material isn't rocket science...the course curriculum simply didn't match what was on the exam. In addition, when I arrived to take the exam, the proctor was a half hour late and then disappeared after we all started. I was having technological issues (online test, the worst) and I had to use the bathroom and the proctor was nowhere to be found. This was extremely stressful and frustrating when trying to succeed on a 100-question, timed exam. I wound up receiving a 69, but a 70 is required to pass. Reluctantly, I paid the money for another shot at the test and tried again a month later. This time the exam seemed more fair, but my computer screen kept going blank. The proctor spent my exam time on the phone with technological support. Again, I frantically finished the exam, and again, I got a 69. I called mbition to complain and request a passing grade (being that I got a 100 on every section and my testing accommodations were extremely insufficient) or, at the very least, be given the chance for another try under ¨normal circumstances¨. I was denied and told I have to pay for the course again and retake the exam! This is a money grab company. Don´t fall for it...there´s a reason that they only have 1.3 stars.
