I bought $6,000 in Coolsculpting and was advised I was a good candidate by ****************. I had Coolsculpting to my ************ thighs. No change when compared to the pre & post pictures. I waited a few more months as the literature said it could take 6 months for the frozen adipose tissue to absorb & go away. Still no change. I brought it to Dr ******************* manager. I was offered more Coolsculpting. I asked why if it didnt work at all. I asked for 50% of my money back. They declined. The next follow up with a different esthetician agreed there was no change. She stated that the new thigh pads were made to contour better on the thighs. So in other words, the original pads did not contour to my thighs and thus did not work. I really wanted this to work vs having surgery. I contacted Dr ****************** via email. She offered a $1500 refund after paying $6,000! That was a slap in the face. Her services claim to freeze the fat and loose inches. After more research, I found obese or overweight people are not good candidates. Only those that are already thin and want to freeze a little fat are the real candidates. Bonnes staff lied to me and said I was a good candidate. Dr ****************** does not stand behind her services. I would not recommend Coolsculpting and definitely cannot recommend a business that took my $6,000 and provided a faulty service. Buyer beware. Stay away from *************** Cosmetic Surgery in Brookfield, **.
