I was severely pressured into getting into this ad. It's a 3 year contract but I was told I could cancel if I wasn't getting any business out of it after a year. Of course my salesperson was gone after a year and when I asked the company, I was so rudely responded to, not helpful. When you ask for any help or cancellation process, you get passed around and ignored by everyone. DO NOT get into it with this company. It's a total scam and after 2 1/2 years, it's the costliest mistake I've ever made as a business owner.

We hired Best Version Media for our advertising, and was coerced by lies of how great this company Is. A few months later when we was not receiving what was promised to us, I asked to be released from the contract. They told me (NO)! And there is no other option but to pay them there money. There are many complaints about Best Version Media online, including on the Better Business Bureau website and Reddit. These complaints often allege that the company makes promises of calls and leads that never materialize, and that their contracts are difficult to cancel.We recommend that no one use this very dishonest company. We will never refer them to anyone. It Is important for us remember that we are not alone in this situation. Many other businesses have had similar experiences with Best Version Media. By sharing our story, we hope to help others avoid making the same mistake.Best Version Media, LLC

We have diligently worked with our client throughout the duration of their agreement. Our local *** has also had several conversations with our client and agreed to do additional business profiles in the magazine to increase exposure. I’ve asked the office and the publisher to cancel my services 10/9. Have gotten charged and am seeing my ad still in the magazine in December after having a spirited discussion with Mike ****** who refused to take responsibility for failing to ensure my ad got cancelled. Have spoke to multiple people and am not sure what I need to do to make sure I don’t continue to be charged. Texted Mike and no response att. Seeing other folks experienced, I’m really regretting working with these people.Best Version Media, LLC

We had an incredible sales rep who sold us on this Magazine and made it sound like the next best thing that would be great for our brand and generating leads. After 6 months of paying for this service, we have had little to no results relative to the $3,800 per month that we are spending with them. We tried to cancel the contract and they said that we could for the low price of $45,000!!! I actually laughed when I got that email and cannot believe a company would handle their business like this. Unfortunately, we will be escalating this case as they have not offered any reasonable solution to this issue.Best Version Media, LLC

Misleading Contracts and Bait-and-Switch Tactics Beware!I had an extremely disappointing experience with Best Version Media. I was initially offered what seemed like a straightforward 1-year contract, which was one of the primary reasons I decided to work with them. However, after signing the agreement, I discovered that I was actually locked into a 3-year contract with terms that were never disclosed upfront. This was not only misleading but felt outright deceptive.When I reached out to their customer service team to address the issue, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. I was essentially told that there was nothing they could do because I had already signed the contract, leaving me stuck in an agreement that I never intended to commit to.Upon further research, I learned that I am not the only one who has experienced this type of bait-and-switch tactic with Best Version Media. It appears to be a recurring issue with their business practices, which raises serious concerns about their integrity.I strongly caution anyone considering working with Best Version Media to scrutinize every detail of their agreement and avoid relying on verbal promises. Transparency and honesty are fundamental in business dealings, and unfortunately, this company has repeatedly fallen short of those standards.Best Version Media, LLC

Our team has been in contact with our client on numerous occasions, including last week, to address these concerns. Our local *** communicated the terms of the agreement before signing. Our client agreed to a 36-month term, not a 12-month term. We have honored our end of the agreement by providing the services that were agreed upon.Gregg K
