    We had cedar roof repair come out to our property to fix an extensive leak in our roof and perform a cleaning of the roof. We received a quote and they came out on September 11th 2024, about 10 weeks after signing quote. We paid with a check ($3500) after completion of their work, but wouldn't be able to tell if they fixed the issue until it rained again. They told us to call them, if the problem persisted. A few weeks later it rained again and our roof was still leaking. We contacted them again and they came out a few days later, spent about 10 minutes on the roof and left. When the next rain storm came, the leak persisted and we contacted them again, via email and phone. No communication happened after this second notification. No emails or phone calls were answered and even though they provided us with a 4 year warranty per the attached invoice, the issue has not been resolved by the business and we are being ghosted. We are not asking for an entire refund as they did clean the roof, but most of the work and payment was for the the roof repair and that has not been done. We are not wanting to come out and fix the roof as they have shown us that their work can't be trusted and that they don't care about their clients.
