Friendly and honest company to work with. Individual attention from the owner. Work was started and finished exactly as quoted. Clean up was completed promptly and we were completely satisfied with the project from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Immortal Exteriors. **** ensured that every aspect of the project was completed to the highest standard.**** was extremely responsive via phone and email and was always friendly and professional. I never felt rushed when we met or to sign a contract. He made sure all my questions were answered. Part of my project involved an insurance claim, and **** was proactive in attending every meeting with the insurance adjuster. He was also very knowledgeable of the insurance process which was extremely helpful. Even given the mix of insurance requirements in this project, he managed a tight and complex timeline with great efficiency.The teams responsible for the roof, siding, and gutters were all professional and friendly.He was present throughout the project and installation. After each phase, he took the time to tidy up the work area, which I greatly appreciated.Additionally, ****** pricing was competitive, if not better, than other quotes I received. Mark came to my home because of icicle issues. He explained that some of the facia and soffit needed to be replaced so that vents could be added. We went outside so that he could explain what the work entailed. It took a couple of days for the contractors to complete the work. Now there are vents surrounding my home and it looks beautiful. Clean up was thorough. I highly recommend Immortal Exteriors LLC. They are efficient professional, and precise.Immortal Exteriors LLC

Bottom line - Immortal Exteriors LLC - the contractor and owner Mark - is above excellent - on time - reliable - concerned - trustworthy - educated to the job and supplies - he cares about his work - gives a great price. He gave me an education in replacing roofs - what would be the best material - ventilation to help the roof last. I hired him that day and he gave me the cost for replacement the same day which was right on track for what it would cost to put a new roof on my house. I had already received a few quotes which took days to get back to me and were much over the cost of replacing my roof. Less than two weeks later his crew came replaced my roof in less than a day - the crew were very good - fast but paid attention to detail. Now for the long story of my roof - I have spent my whole life and most of my income on major repairs - replaced the roof - painted the house inside and out multiple times - replaced 2 furnaces - replaced the septic system - replaced two basement walls - replaced all the windows - replaced the well. I hired a roofer before Immoral Exteriors and gave him half up front and then would pay him the other half when the roof was completed. Months came and gone that roofer kept making excuses and putting me off and never came back. He took my money and never fixed my roof - so I hired Immortal Exteriors LLC and now have a new roof at a great price and peace of mind. I do not know if I will ever get my money back from the first roofer and I am glad he did not replace my roof because he gave me some terrible advice on putting a metal roof on top of an asphalt roof - it would have heated up the asphalt under the metal which would cause moisture and cracks which would leak into the wood on the roof and rot it. I hired Immortal again for more work needed and feel confident the jobs will be done great.Immortal Exteriors LLC

Mark is very knowledgeable, highly responsive, and a trustworthy businessman. Mark came out to assess my roof/shingles and siding issue (on a Saturday!) He went above and beyond by fixing both issues, repairing another roofing issue he happened to notice, as well as talking through a garage project with me! I needed the flashing around my chimney replaced so I started searching for a contractor who would do that instead of trying to replace my roof. I got a couple text messages from Mark so I arranged to meet him at my house where he assessed the situation and gave me a price for the job. While I was waiting for the chimney job to be completed, I noticed water dripping from the ceiling in one of my bedrooms. I heard that roof leaks are notoriously difficult to track down, so I was concerned about the difficulty and cost of fixing the leak. Mark showed me where the leak was coming from on my roof and sealed the problem shingles. He also went up in the attic and took pictures of where the wood was discolored because of the leaking. The chimney repair is done, and it looks so much better than before, plus no more leaks. I highly recommend Mark and Immortal Exteriors.Immortal Exteriors LLC

Great work! The team showed up on time and got the job done! They did a complete roof tear off and replacement of both the house and garage and we're very happy with the work. New flashing was added around the chimney and any bad boards were replaced The roof looks great, and everything was cleaned up before they left. Would definitely recommendImmortal Exteriors LLC
