      The CLPEX-C40 self-inking stamp does not have enough ink to be used. I attempted to chat with the company but was unsuccessful. All I want is for my pink ink floral stamp to work. I paid a good amount of money for this item, and I need it to function properly. I don't want to be given the runaround.

      I placed an order with RubberStamps.com for custom stamps that were promised to arrive in two days. The delivery was significantly delayed, and the companys customer service repeatedly provided conflicting and misleading updates about the order status. First, they claimed the package was waiting on a carrier. Then, they stated it had already shipped, making it ineligible for cancellation. Shortly afterward, they said it had just completed production. These contradictory statements raised serious concerns about the company's reliability and credibility.Due to these delays and lack of clear communication, I was forced to place a rush order with another company. After disputing the charge with my credit card provider, I was informed that I could refuse the shipment upon arrival to receive a refund. I followed these instructions and refused the package. It was returned to the sender and confirmed as delivered back to their facility.However, instead of processing the promised refund, the company stated they would reship the package to me, which I explicitly told them not to do. This is unacceptable and violates their original agreement to issue a refund upon the return of the refused package.Desired Resolution:I am requesting an immediate and full refund of the order amount. I will not accept the package being reshipped under any circumstances. Additionally, I ask that the company take steps to improve its customer service practices to prevent future occurrences like this.Timeline:Order placed: December 4, 2024.Order delayed and miscommunications began: December 12, 2024.******* refused and returned to sender: December 30, 2024.

      I purchased six custom along with an acrylic block to print the stamps from rubberstamps.com on March 28th that were delivered on April 6th. All images for the stamps were uploaded as a png that could not be changed. I received my stamps backwards so they print backwards when used and not usable for their intended purpose. I received one stamp completely incorrect and the type of all of the stamps does not match the type on my images that were uploaded at all. I would like to get them done correctly and as the images I uploaded to the website.

      The product was made as it was ordered. 

      Customer emailed us on 4/9 with the following: "Looking back at the files I submitted the one that was incorrect is also incorrect in my files, so I apologize for that that issue is on me." They also asked if we could remake their stamps and edit their images. They had uploaded their design backwards and with a font that doesn't stamp as desired. We offered to remake their order with a 50% discount.

      On March 4th, 2024 l placed an online order with Rubber stamps. Com for a self inking stamp for my husbands business. I then received the stamp on March 7th, 2024. Upon inspection I noticed that it was wrong and incomplete. I then sent an email to the company regarding the issue. I called them the next day and spoke with a customer service person who said that they would send out a replacement one for free. Later that same day I received an email saying that they would replace the stamp but I had to pay for the replacement because mistakes happen! I want a full refund or correction on the stamp which I paid for in full.Sincerely, ***************************

      Oct 10th ordered three of the same 12mm personalized stamps for ***** with shipping. Received order on Oct 16th after business hours and immediately was dissatisfied. The morning of Oct 17th I contacted customer service through their chat option and stated my complaint along with photos of the items. The manufacturer box stated 12mm, RubberStamps proof with my order information was 12mm. But my items were all 9mm accompanied by post-it notes stuck to each box stamped with the 9mm stamp by RubberStamps quality control. 3mm may not seem like a lot but I specifically need a 12mm stamp for my work paperwork to make it legal. I waited for over an hour and a half for a chat reply before I closed the browser to drive home from work and when I got home I received a response in my email from (********) customer care stating my complaint was valid and they would remake my items. I waited 24hrs without receiving another order confirmation so I reached back out and the next reply came from a generic customer service email address stating I would not receive a refund or replacement as they do not guarantee personalized stamps. The only thing that made the stamp personalized was me typing three lines into their online template of what I needed on the stamp. They then went on to offer a 50% discount off a brand new order of a different personalized stamp they also wouldnt guarantee. I replied back to that email again with photos of what was promised and what was provided and I have not heard back from RubberStamps in over a week. I have already contacted a local vendor that was able to produce the same stamp as Rubberstamp but in the sizes required. I am willing to send *********** back their items UNUSED in original packaging if they supply a return postage label along with my refund. They are literally no use to me.
