      Living Insight Supportive Services- Administrator: *********************** Substitute Administrator: *************************** My dad thought he could depend on this agency to send personal care workers (PCWs) to come to his home on Saturdays and Sundays to help him with his morning and evening care giving routines. During the week, the office staff assured our family that their personnel would be there Saturday and Sunday came and went but no one arrived. It is 7:30 PM Sunday evening at the time of this review. To add insult to injury, no one ever called to let them know that they could not be coming. The result, two 80+ year old people (my mom and dad) were left to frantically call around to try to get help last minute. I think this is a shady situation. How can a business operate if its workers do not show up? I hope to understand better on Monday, after speaking with the management of this business. I would find it very difficult to trust the welfare of a loved one to this agency after my experience this weekend. To have four 4-hour shifts unfulfilled in one weekend is a very bad track record. If I could give zero stars I would.
