    I had bought tickets to a comedy show, 25 bucks plus taxes and fees. Tickets that the venue started giving away for free the day after I bought a ticket. I showed up 15 minutes late and was told they no longer seat guests. I asked for a refund. They refused to provide one. The seating policy and refund policy are not stated anywhere on the ticket information email. Given that the tickets suddenly became valued at zero dollars, I want a refund.

    The Milwaukee Improv does not refund tickets under any circumstances. The Milwaukee Improv stops seating guests and letting guests in 15 minutes after showtime. See attached photo clearly stating both of these policies on our website.  Customer states in his complaint that he was 15 minutes late. See attached for both an email and a public review that state he was 30 minutes late.

    In addition, see attached photo that states all sales are final in two separate locations when purchasing tickets. 

    Our venue offers multiple promotions. The fact that we had a free ticket promotion has nothing to do with this claim. Despite all of these facts that would lead us to win this claim, the customers desired settlement was already reached and this order was already refunded on 9/9/2024.

    Date of transaction was April 13, 2024 Total spent $16.80 The fries were cold and took a long while to be served. The drink was horrible.

    The guest received all items that were paid for on site. Both the fries and drink that were received, were consumed and paid for by the guest. Whether or not the quality of items were up the the guests standards, the items were still received and consumed. As a business, had we been informed of any complaints at the time of consumption, we could have replaced the items with something that pleased the guest. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of any issues, therefore could not remedy the situation and in fact did not know there was a situation to remedy. Regardless of the quality of the items, they were still consumed and still need to be paid for.

    10/7/2023 Using QR code, phone service isnt the best inside the building considering its the lower level. My phone was froze on the pay screen, the waiter refreshed my phone just for me to step outside and realize she gave herself a $48 tip. Makes me question how many people have they done this to. I would like my $48 back considering it was technically stolen. Its only been 2 days but I have not been able to get in contact with the company.

    The customer was refunded the requested amount. We use the Toast system. The individual pressed the wrong buttons, not the server in question. There was no "theft" as we have a perfect record of ********* at the Milwaukee Improv. After our two days being closed (it turns out we also take days off of work!), we responded to the voicemail and issued a refund. Going to the BBB about a simple mistake seems like quite the leap, but we have quite imaginative customers it seems.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I accept the refund, thank you. However, the worker pressed the buttons on the device and this was theft because it was not done with permissions.

    Thank you for returning the call. Unprofessional of you to not take responsibility for your workers actions.

    I went to an event at this business on 11/5/2022. I purchased two items as part of the two item minimum standard. My card was overcharged, likely due to handwritten tip amount. Id like this corrected. I ordered a blacker the ***** drink with a double shot of top shelf vodka and wings. I was charged $89. Unfortunately, by the time I realized the mistake I couldnt find the receipt. I was told that the business keeps record of all transactions but then responses from the organization ceased. Id like the charge amount to be corrected
