  I would also give it a zero if I could I'd leave there for six years and finally got out of there. It had gotten so bad I was afraid to go to my mailbox with fear an animal yes an animal would attack me there were put bulls running lose in the hallways as well as raccoons. I was attacked by a bit bull going to my car one day had to call the police. The maintenance was terrible had gotten roaches within the last year really bad to the point they were getting into the refrigerator because the rubber on the refrigerator door was coming off they didn't want to replace the refrigerator. The door bells didn't work for at least two years and the hallways were very long. Sometimes the lights would go out during a storm for at least a day or so . My grandson was unable to take out the garage at times fearful someone's dog would chase him. They didn't want to clean the carpet when they did they sent one of there people in instead of cleaning company and left the apartment smelling bad and looking worst than before. I couldn't have company over because the roaches had taken over. The bathroom ceiling was linking from the unit above and it was terrible Sometimes the people in the above unit would play there music so loud I reported a few times to the office and they'd tell me to call the police. I did a few times bit however the office said there was nothing they could do. Then there was the sinks in which was clotted up with the last three weeks before I moved I called the office and Noone came out it was like that until I moved out. The basement would get flooded with water up to the stairs and would be that way for at least 2 to 3 days it would have the whole building smelling terrible. Then these people have the nerve to put a judgement against me for what I've never did any damages to the apartment any damages were done were the ones they already knew about and never bothered to repair

  I would give them a zero I been here five years I’m scared to move I moved from bad to the worst place ever my first year no heat and fifth year ( my current year ) they new for awhile that there is no heat coming from these apartments but Friday the 13th 2023 our building one side caught fire so no one should be living there because no heat before and after fire also one side the side affected by fire no electricity was told by staff member to use my renters insurance to get hotel paid my rent on time and at the beginning of the month just called office to ask them to provide information of the fire so I could get help with food and hotel cost if I use my allotment up gas etc….. the lady in the office told me did it affect me i told her yes which it did fire didn’t affect me but now my kids and I can’t stay because we can’t turn on stove to cook and heat the house they allowing ( brook lane ) people to stay there despite no gas to use to heat the house and there was no heat this current winter 2022 -2023 now I have to pay 500.00 deductible which im taking out there rent or might as well get a lawyer involved and get everything im due I have years of **** poor management/ slum lord problems I can say
