    Buying my first vehicle in 22 years, my experience at Miller Motors with Douglas Cook was outstanding! I would highly recommend Miller Motors for your next vehicle purchase. Additional kudos to Douglas…he listened to what I wanted/needed and subsequently provided exceptional service. 5 stars!

    Jeff was very helpful in going thru what we needed to do for the new car. He even set my phone up with the bluetooth in the car. He explained if we have any questions with the car to stop in anytime and he or anyone else there would be able to help us out.

    ****** Motors is a dealership that still knows and understands how to do business. I ordered a new Ford Maverick through them October of last year (just took delivery of it a day ago of this review, thanks pandemic) and from the order process to taking delivery of the vehicle the people at ****** Motors were nothing but respectful, helpful, honest, and friendly. They are the perfect example of a small town family owned dealership that cares about giving their customers the best experience they can and earn every customer they have. Chris ******, the owner of the dealership, went out of his way to contact me and keep me updated through out the entire process as soon as he learned new information about the timeline of my vehicle. When taking delivery of my vehicle, their finance representative Brandon ****** made it simple and easy to understand the financing options and terms and made sure I was getting the best rate possible for my car payment plan. Sales Representative Jacob ******* did an excellent job of introducing me to my new vehicle and answering any and all questions I had while being friendly and personable. Overall, I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from ****** Motors.

As repeat customers (this is our 9th purchase from Miller), obviously we always feel we are treated fairly with pricing and trade-ins.     Overall, it was a decent experience. Doug was very helpful and engaging. The only part that I didn't like was that I came in pre-approved and they decided to run my credit again to see if they could get me a lower rate. I understand they are in the business to make money. But I don't feel they listened to me regarding financing. I appreciate Doug staying over his time to ensure everything was good.
