    My wife and I were shopping for a new Ford Explorer, and had already visited a couple of other car dealerships. We had already experienced- first hand- other dealership bait and switch attempts- and trying to add both hidden and unnecessary costs to beef up our purchase price. Of course, we walked away from those dealerships. We were pleasantly surprised when we went to Miller Motor Sales in Burlington, WI. Jay ******, our salesman, met us outside at the front door, and already had the listed car we were interested in, available and cleaned for us, parked right out front- ready and waiting for us to check out and test drive. We were impressed by Jay's both professional and friendly demeanor. We could tell he was a genuine, honest person. He described the vehicle's features and did not try to sell us any extras that we had no interest in. No high pressure sales tactics at all. We could sense that we were important to him. We certainly appreciated this. And he gave us a great deal, too! His honest approach was pleasantly refreshing, something we've rarely experienced at a car dealership. I can truly state that this was our most pleasant new car buying experience that I've ever had. We will give our highest recommendation to Jay ******- and Miller Motor Sales- to all of our friends and family for their next car purchase! FIVE STARS!!

    I recently purchased my new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Miller Motors in Burlington, WI, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the entire team at Miller Motors made the process seamless and enjoyable. A special shout-out to my salesman, Ken ***********, who was exceptional throughout. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, took the time to explain all the details, and made sure I fully understood everything. He also offered to assist me in getting to know my new vehicle better, which was incredibly helpful. Above all, Ken made sure the entire experience was efficient and respectful of my time, ensuring that I had all the information I needed without feeling rushed. I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I highly recommend both this vehicle and Miller Motors to anyone looking for a hassle-free, customer-focused car buying experience!

    This was our first experience with Miller Motor Sales in Burlington, and it will not be our last. We told our sales associate, Jake (Jacob *******), what we were looking for and by the end of our discussion had test driven and purchased a new Ford truck. Jake listened, answered many questions (with great patience), and was just a pleasure to work with. We arranged our financing through Miller, which was efficient, and everything was explained. If the service department is as knowledgeable and customer friendly as the sales department, Miller has a new customer for, hopefully, many years to come.

    I purchased a 2020 Pacifica working with Jay ****** who was friendly, informed, and eager to assist sale without any pressure. This was my 9th vehicle purchase from Miller Motors; the first in 1982 with Melvin ******! I wish vehicle prices were similar to back then! The Finance Manager had a busy sale day and a couple issues occurred I felt could have been acknowledged better but overall it all went well.
