    We built a house and had J&H put in our septic system and every year since then we have had nothing but problems with our alarm going off. The first time they said it was because of the rain and the box got flooded and they just taped it up. The second time they came again they taped it and said if this happens again call us and we will probably have to replace alarm float. Which the alarm float got ruined because of getting flooded the first time. The third time they came out they replaced the alarm float and charged us $200.00 which should have been replaced in 2022when it was under warranty.
