    Nord Construction did work on my neighbors resident's sidewalk. During the work they needed to use my outside faucet in order to complete the project. When they were done using my faucet they did not turn it off. That night it was cold enough that my pipe cracked. Our neighbor tried multiple times to get Nord Construction to come out and see the damage which they never did. As such I had to hire another plumber to fix the issue which cost me $568. I sent Nord Construction an email requesting payment in full which they never responded to. I would like them to pay for the damage their workers caused.

    In summer of 2020 we hired this business to our a shed slab and two patios, one poured and one stamped. Before they were done we also signed on to have them do a front patio and sidewalk and our whole driveway. All told it was $40k. After the first winter the stamped edge along the driveway started cracking off. After numerous contact attempts and waiting for a long time the owner finally came over and admitted they didnt install a cushion in between the two areas to prevent the cracking and said they would come back before the end of last years pouring season. Despite doing work right up the street for two weeks they never did. Its now a year past the deadline he set for himself to do the repairs and we havent heard anything. If he is unwilling to do the work in a professionally behaved manner then we would get quotes from other companies for the repairs and he should refund us that amount.
