**** aquatic posted fish for sale on ******** from his store and I told him I would like to buy one. He insisted on trying to ship me the fish but I didnt want to do that cause I was worried about getting a sick fish. So I went down to the store over an hour away and when the store attendant tried netting the fish it didnt even move. So he was trying to ship me sick fish to start. Then I decided to make a full payment for one for when a healthier batch comes in. 2 weeks later he says he has some more and theyre good to go. Again he insisted on shipping the fish. I again drove down to the store over an hour away to get my what was sposed to be healthy fish. Being excited about finally getting my fish and having paid 126$ for the fish and way more than that in gas In driving. To my surprise I got home and noticed the fish was very sick and had internal parasites and had a sunken belly that looked like it had not eaten in months. The day after I picked up the fish he had asked me if I picked the fish up and I brought to his attention the health of the fish that was sold to me. I waited 2 days and got no response, he even opened the message and had felt he didnt need to respond. So I made a post about my experience on ******** where he advertises and he made a comment that we can talk in private about my concern. And all he had to say is he isnt doing anything about it because I made the post and wouldnt answer why he insisting on shipping and selling me sick and bad fish. And could not explain to me his quarentine processes to ensure a quality product.

I am the owner of Vang Aquatic Life LLC. *************** to the complaint ********. We are a retail tropical fish store here in ******, **. This customer here contacted me via our ******** business page because he wanted to purchase one of our fish. He came in and wanted to purchase a fish, but my worker here saw that it was not doing good so he did not sell it to him. This customer insisted he wanted to purchase one now and pick it up once we get a new batch of the fishes in. 2 weeks later he came in to pickup his fish and he wasnt satisfied with his purchase after he took it home. He messaged us via ******** and told us his fish wasnt healthy. However we reply to our messages as fast as we can   and the message was only one day old. He went ahead and made a public ******** post about the store about the situation. We told him feel free to message us privately or stop by to solve the situation. We would gladly replace him with a new one but he chose not to respond to that. We are a retail store here and our doors are open **** Tuesday to Friday and **** Saturday/Sunday. He could of stopped by anytime to take care of the situation. However our policy here only agrees to 24 hour Guarantee and the fish is still alive but hes not happy with the sunken stomach. We are more than glad to replace him with a new fish but he doesnt want to stop in. Fish just arrived so its normal for some fish to be stress with the sunken belly. We are sorry this happened but we were willing to solve the situation. Attached is our store policy for fish. Please let me know if you got further questions. Thank you.
