    Brian at Midwest Water Heater was very helpful and easy to work with. He is very professional, knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. He was flexible and changed his schedule to accommodate our schedule and needs for a water heater that we needed to have replaced. He came that same day and replaced it. Great services. We would definitely use their services again and highly recommend Brian and Midwest Water Heater for their services.

    I'm so glad I found Midwest Water Heater online when my tenant's water heater went out late at night. Brian was very helpful and sent someone out the next day. I was very impressed with Elijah. He did an excellent job installing and removing the water heaters all by himself. He also answered all of my questions and took the extra time to tell me how to flush out the tank. I will definitely call them again when my other water heater goes out. Very satisfied with them.

    Brian and Midwest Water Heater, Inc. are simply the best. Brian inspired confidence from the get-go, possessed a terrific disposition that made ya smile even though everything else was going wrong in the wake of a sewer back-up that fried the hot water heater and the furnace...in January. In Wisconsin. Brian patiently and expertly answered our many questions. He guided us to the best possible solution. He showed up for us in every way...including on a Saturday morning. Got the job done. We are grateful. Highly highly highly recommend!
