Purchased a bay window from Quality Window in 1995 and the manufacturer had a life time warranty but went out of business, after 29 years a window regulator broke and Todd found a replacement's window regulator at no charge.

I’ve been dealing with Quality Window Specialists for many years now. We had all our windows done by them. My mother in law had all her windows, patio door and front door at her condo installed last year. My daughter had 2 bay windows done by Quality. I can’t say enough good things about Jeff and Todd. From the ease of the sale, competitive pricing to outstanding customer satisfaction and service that they provide. We had a glass defect due extremely cold conditions in our bay window and Quality was here to see the issue and resolve it within days. Through my own fault and strength, I had broken a few night locks on our double hung windows a few times. I called and Jeff or Todd quickly supplied me with new ones , no questions asked. In today’s world, it’s great to have a business like Quality that is upfront and honest . I recommend them to everyone.Quality Window Specialists, Inc.

6 stars! Would do business with again, highly recommended. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with the good people at Quality Window Specialists! Superior craftsmanship in a world where that is rare and extremely important to me as a homeowner I hold quality in the highest regard. Extremely fair, honest and upfront sound advice you are dealing with industry experts. I never felt rushed in any interaction between myself and the owners and crew are outstanding with attention to detail and show you pictures and provide in-depth details about the construction process and I knew from the first phone call that my $10,000 project would be worthwhile and by far Quality Window Specialists exceeds my expectations and even did repair jobs that I didn't even know were essential for home ownership. Turning this house into a craftsman home. Thank you for doing extra carpentry to get the job done right, and for the honest pricing and communication through out. If you want to trust the people working for you, go with this local business! If you want cheap and easy, look elsewhere.Quality Window Specialists, Inc.
