    ****************** arrived disheveled and dirty. His shirt was tattered and his appearance unkempt. He kept leaning on the truck when pouring gas. He pushed the gas can against the truck. To wipe off the truck he used his own **************. When providing a charge for the truck battery he allowed the charging cords to hit the truck. He did not show any respect for my property. I called the owner. The owner excused her employee's behavior and disconnected.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    The responding contractor told me there was no fees or charges due to the contract with Good ***.  I will not pay a fee or any charges.  Also, the responding contractor was not careful with the long jump start leads.  He let them bang against the truck.  That is not professional.  I would like a copy of your insurance to bill the damages.
