    What can I say? This was exactly what I needed and somehow it found me at the perfect time. Even before the pandemic I was burned out and had a complete breakdown.  I was a complete wreck and felt my life collapsing around me.. As a fitness competitor and 6x champion, I have always been very focused on my health and wellness. I trained 5 or 6x a week and was on top of my nutrition.  But under these circumstances, I knew there was much more I needed to do.  Looking for answers and how to fix myself, I came across the IAWP and I was immediately intrigued and didn't take too long to go for it. As an athlete, I was determined to be my own hero and I used this program as my own healing tool, not knowing how profound this foundation would be or ifnI would even make it a full time business.  With each module, I took my time, digging even deeper and discovering what I needed to truly heal from the inside out.  With a lot of knowledge about wellness to begin with, I was blown away with what was included in the training modules, how the wellness wheel was broken down and how much everything was so connected in my life. In addition to the main health content, there is just as many lessons on business, mindset and the actual art of coaching  (Just learning the material doesn't mean you can easily put it in to practice).  As if that isn't enough, there is a ton of support from faculty and there is not 1 single person that isn't friendly and helpful They all obviously love what they do. They have also cultivated an environment where coaches in training find wonderful support amongst ourselves and graduates. I have had to take a step back from the program a few times as I was on my journey, but I was welcomed back with open arms like I was never gone. I am a few days from finally graduating.  As I reflected and wrote my final essay, I got little emotional remembering where I was. It's been an amazing journey and investment in myself.
