1 starTwo months ago, I purchased the Pioneer Pet Big Max Style Stainless Steel Dog & Cat Fountain, 128-oz. I cleaned the bowl and filter regularly. Within two months the pump stopped working. This product has a 1 year warranty. I called Pioneer Pet's warranty number to request a new pump. I left a voice mail three times over two weeks with no return call.Review fromKadie C

Got their Sticky paws XL and the white paper never peeled off leaving the transparent sheet on our furniture.
