  I had an issue with kohnen underground utilities early last fall when they needlessly marked my driveway with paint. They claimed it was a paint that wears off quickly and as of this morning nineish months later they were still there they did fade a little bit. However this afternoon the city came by to grind a ***** from my yard and after yes after the digging was completed Kohnen came by and marked the grass and needlessly marked my driveway again this time with multiple marks. I tried to pressure wash them off as soon as I found them but the damage was already done it will not come off. I made it abundantly clear last fall to this business I did not want this graffiti on my property also that I did not want them on my property in the future. I filed a bbb complaint and with other similar agencies last fall on that previous issue. This is starting to feel like a pattern where they come on to my property damage it and are not held accountable. Im tired of having my property defaced. I belive the marks they left on my driveway were in retalliation for the complaint last fall because there was no longer any need to get locates done since the digging was completed at that point. My neighbors driveway is closer to where the digging was done yet his driveway was left alone. There was absolutely no need to mark my driveway up. I would like it restored to the condition it was previously in before they repeatedly came to deface it.Thank You *********************** ****************************************************************** ************ P.S. The picture with the dirt shows how they came by after the digging was complete to mark their yellow paint down. The second picture is the paint stains after trying to remove the with a pressure washer.

  I recently had underground locates for utilities as well as all many neighbors and they marked much in the grass they also marked graffiti on my cement driveway while my neighbor who has a driveway newer and nicer than mine was left unmarked even though the same line will go under his driveway. I wish that my property was given the same level of respect that he gave to my neighbor as I take pride in maintaining a nice looking property. The employee was very rude to me when I asked him to remove the graffiti from my cement. I would like to have the graffiti removed and an apology from the rude employee.

  Our locator was responding to a **************** ticket. We are required by the State of ********* to **** according to the ****ing instructions. Our locator was placing flags and spray paint ****s all along that street. He said he placed a 4 inch paint **** on the homeowner's driveway.This is within the easement.  It was raining that day and the locator wanted to ensure that his ****s would not wash away or flags moved. If the contractor did not see the ****s, they could hit a gas line with their equipment and it could potentially cause the house and/or the neighborhood to explode.  Our locator said all the driveways were ****ed, but one. It had nothing to do with the condition of the driveway. The homeowner was upset about the **** on his driveway. The homeowner was rude toward our locator so our locator hung up. It also sounded like the homeowner threatened to remove the flags which could make him liable for any damage done to the utility. We feel that an apology is not owed as our locator was doing what was required by state law. I included a picture of the driveway with the paint **** showing. It is not "graffiti" or "vandalism".
