    On 5/23/2024 we placed an order (Order #***** ) for a fly through Bird house and a Bird Feeder Mounting ****** for 1" Pole 1. The Bird feeder was delivered in a completely sealed box. The Bird Feeder Mounting ****** for 1" Pole 1 was not included in the shipment. This was a birthday gift for a family member. We can't mount the feeder as the part is missing. It makes this feeder useless. The birthday has passed and we ended up ordering another design from Amazon. On 5/28/2024 at 3:17 PM I sent the Birds Choice people an email stating the part was missing and it makes the feeder unusable. The email was sent to ************************************* as per the directions on their website. The bird feeder needs to be returned. Had It had the missing item been included in the original shipment we would not be returning it. Birds Choice needs to send a return label to return this bird feeder so we can get a full refund. I emailed them and they have had plenty of time to respond and they have not responded.

    I was told I would have return label last night or this morning. I am still waiting for the return label and refund.
