On 12/21/23 we had fuel delivered by river country coop. While the driver ****/***** was backing out of the driveway he struck and broke our mailbox. *****/**** called and left me a voicemail which I still have admitting and said he would get someone from the company out to fix it.I called the same day to them to report it as well and spoke with ************************* the ** of energy and he did say yeah will get out there and fix it. I never once heard from ***** or River Country Coop, so I followed up with 2 additional calls roughly April, July timeframes in which case I asked ***** again we are looking to have you fix your drivers property damage and once again he said yes we will and I will be out there for pictures but never heard again from him or the company.I finally fixed the box and put in new post, mounting plate on August 6th. I then stopped in directly to the office at **** W River St, ************** 8/7/23 but ***** was out of office. I brought my receipts for materials and planned show hime the pictures attached to this case and a voicemail his driver left me the same day requesting he apply a credit to our account for the material and my time to install. Since he was not there the front end desk receptionist gave me his card with email details so I emailed him with pictures, receipts and explanation we have waited so long even when you said you would fix or make it right we had no choice but to install the new materials ourselves. I still have not heard back from him or the company or the driver to help in making it right covering our costs. This driver not only broke personal property but also federal property and the company and driver need to make their actions right. I gave the company/***** more than enough time to correct but they never did so I was forced to replace myself since *****/company never lived up to their word.I am looking for a $100 credit to our account with them to cover materials and my time getting materials and installing them.

We apologize this matter was not handled much sooner than now. The intent was to have some of *************** go out and replace the mailbox but with the lack of staffing and busy schedules, it slipped through the cracks. It's not an acceptable excuse, however mistakes happen. We have now credited the account $100 as asked to cover the materials and time/effort to replace this mailbox.

To whom it may concern, I am writing this message as a last stitch resort, to solve an issue at the Cenex connected to the 29pines off of hwy T I would like to let you know that I have been treated super unfair and I actually got into a car accident last night and proceeded to talk to work the last 3 miles when it was -4 degrees last night. As I got to work I explained to my coworker what happened and started on the chores I had to do.It was about 10:15 when I was still doing the coffee bar and a couple more customers came in, ************ (whove Ive ***** time before) says he will be leaving no (10:15) instead of 11 since Im there. I said due to my not feeling well I would like him to stay. He then got hysterical and throwing out accusations that I was stoned or under the influence is some drugs and that he should have me fired. Mind you this is because I said no to him going home early. He then proceeded to call the ** and tell her I was stoned off my a** and Im not acting right. Find out today he said I screamed at him which is not in my nature and not **** wants to move me to a Different work place and I dont feel like that is a good idea. This is the 10+ time Ive been accused and proven wrong of stupid things like this. I would like some repercussions for their acting and all the stress and anxiety they have put me and my family into. I am a single father of an 11yo and 8yo boys and I have them FULL TIME FULL PLACEMENT. And I dont want this affecting my life due to these serious accusations that are progressively getting WORSE!
