      Built a house with C&E Wurzer and closed and moved in Jan 2020. The house was not 100% completed with the assurance from the contractor that all the work would be completed by spring of 2020 as the signed proposal stated after closing which allow for better weather. It is now Nov 2022 and that list is not yet completed. Warranty work was scheduled and never completed to include a massive cabinet problem with improper paint work that has allowed the wood to show through the paint color creating a very unappealing look. Paint is peeling from trim work and cabinets throughout the house. Closet doors are missing in the front room of the house as they were never installed as stated by plans. List and lists of problems were given and ample time to correct issues have also been given. We have been patient for almost 2 years. Problems were to be fixed as family booked an out of stated trip to allow contractor to correct the problem. Returned to have none of the work completed and things in worse condition than before to include having to clean paint spots and stains off of our nice wood floors and the garage left a mess. At some point someone has to take responsibility for the problems and fix it. We are very happy with the house we just want it to be completed and with the quality that we were assured it would be. This is the last step that I wanted to take but we have no other choice. Please help us resolve the problem as we have no answers ourselves. I have included a few pictures to give you an idea of what some of problems are. The earliest of those pictures reported is from February of 2021.

      Our warranty department has been in touch with our clients and have been working to finish the WARRANTY work.  We re-painted the kitchen cabinet doors and yes, our paint team did leave a mess.  At that time, we sent two of our own crew to help clean up as our subcontractor did not do what they promised.  C&E Wurzer Builders would agree this process should not take this long and we have been in touch with our client to ensure we get this resolved and completed.
