  Very poor workmanship, charged for excess hours actually worked, as well as materials bought and used. Unprofessional management, very poor communicator, multiple issues with workmanship, which the contractor blamed us for. Took over 4 weeks to tile a 6 x 3 shower, which, when done had so many flaws and poor quality, that we will probably have to have someone come and redo. Installed wrong material on floor to start with, but I managed to catch before all down, blamed me for that but I had bought all materials, including correct tile for floor, but he never even looked at all materials provided. Over cemented mosaic tiles on floor, which he then had his partner chisel out each mosaic one by one, which took that man almost 20 hours of time and then charged me for all that time. Installed bathroom cabinet wrong and blames me for the quality of cabinets. Charged me excess to assemble cabinets as compared to a price I had from the mfr. who would have supplied the labor to do, but he claimed he would do for much less. Too many other issues to list, but this company is TERRIBLE.

  In our 48 years in business, this is only our second complaint. Coming from *********************, it is no surprise. It pains me to say things like this about anyone but I Im making an exception in this case. Of the two unhappy customers, ********************* was by far the most difficult person we have ever dealt with. Mr ********************* insisted on being the general contractor for the project, which we reluctantly agreed to and later regretted. The tile was furnished by ********* as well as the flooring. The shower stall ********************* referenced was framed by a relative of his and was out of both plumb and square. The result was every piece of tile had to be custom cut on a saw that remained outside requiring walking in and out to make each cut. The wrong flooring was also provided by *********. The cabinets were do it yourself kit cabinets that were of poor quality. He ordered the stone countertop which did not fit and had to be purchased by him a second time. In separate conversations with the flooring/tile supplier and with the cabinet supplier, they both remarked how incredibly difficult it was to work with him. My warning to other builders is to AVOID doing work for this man.
